Our goal

We want workflowunity.io to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or other assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Where we are

This is ongoing work. We test the site with automated tools and by keyboard, and we fix what we find, but those tests cannot catch everything. We have not yet tested the whole site with a person using a screen reader, so some pages or features may still fall short of that goal.

Known issues

These are the problems we know about as of October 31, 2026:

  • The security check on our forms comes from Cloudflare, and we do not control how it works. It may be hard to complete with a keyboard or screen reader. If it stops you, email us and we will take your request that way.
  • A pop-up offering a free website check opens by itself on some pages after a short time. It stays closed if you have used the Tab key or asked your device to reduce motion. When it is open, the Esc key closes it, and it does not move your keyboard focus until you press Tab.
  • On small screens, the comparison tables in our articles scroll sideways instead of fitting the screen.
  • The two chat windows and the estimate form have been checked by keyboard and with automated tools, but not yet with a screen reader, so some announcements may be missing or repeated.
